A privacy-safe view of how local AI tools are used: processing volume, context reuse, efficiency, and operating cost. These measures describe activity—not productivity or business impact—and every dollar is the tooling's operating expense: what it consumes to run, not a price on the work.
Directional data: harness logs under-count; totals are approximate—read them as trends. Categories are inferred (natively where a harness provides them, otherwise from tool patterns) and equally approximate.
